Tom is a graphic facilitator, working with companies and organizations to help them develop their visions for the future and the strategies to get them there. He also creates hand-drawn films to enable them to share key organizational stories. He has served on the leadership team of Indivisible Sonoma County since 2017. His roots in combating the madness that has become our climate crisis reach back to his apprenticeship in French Intensive/Biodynamic horticulture with Alan Chadwick in the 1970s.
