Cecilia is a dedicated grassroots and student organizer. Cecilia has been working, and will continue to work, on safe streets and public transit for a multimodal Berkeley. On the council she also seeks to support weatherization, electrification, and rooftop solar, with an emphasis on landlord incentives and the often under-resourced renter communities.
