350 Bay Area Action is excited to endorse Dylan Boldt for San Leandro City Council District 6

Dylan is a local worker (sprinkler fitter) and union educator as well as serving as the Business Agent within his union. Dylan has a strong commitment to fair labor practice which he partners with bringing climate action and sustainability into city planning. We at 350 Bay Area Action get excited about blue-green partnerships between labor and environment, such as this one, as we understand these relationships can make or break a rapid and comprehensive transition.

Dylan chairs the board of the Zoning and Planning Commission in San Leandro and seeks an open City Council seat in District 6. Part of Dylan’s climate vision includes the need for local green jobs and ensuring there are desirable green jobs replacing fossil fuel work. His commitment to workforce and infill housing is another way his labor and sustainability goals align with ours. 

Dylan has worked both on just transition issues on the Alameda Building Trades Council and on San Leandro’s Climate Action Plan through the planning commission. Please vote for Dylan Boldt for San Leandro.
